Terms and Conditions of Booking for Masterclasses

1. General Information 1.1 These terms and conditions govern all bookings for masterclasses offered by Marek Waclawczyk. By booking a masterclass, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 1.2 The masterclasses are provided for professional development purposes and are intended for individuals with an interest in or existing experience in permanent makeup.

2. Booking Process 2.1 All bookings must be made through the official booking platform, via email, or through an authorized representative. 2.2 To secure a place in the masterclass, full payment or a deposit as specified during the booking process is required. 2.3 Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. 2.4 A confirmation email or receipt will be sent once the booking is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms 3.1 The total fee for the masterclass, including any deposit, must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of booking. 3.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card. 3.3 All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy. 3.4 Late payments may result in the forfeiture of your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds 4.1 Cancellation by the participant must be made in writing via email to info@waclawczyk.pro. 4.2 Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the masterclass: 75% refund.

  • Cancellation between 15-30 days before the masterclass: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the masterclass: No refund. 4.3 In the unlikely event that Marek Waclawczyk cancels the masterclass, a full refund will be issued, or participants may opt to transfer their booking to a future date. 4.4 Marek Waclawczyk is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Rescheduling 5.1 Participants may request to reschedule their booking to another available masterclass date by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance. 5.2 Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of 20% of the course fee.

6. Attendance and Certification 6.1 Participants are required to attend the entire duration of the masterclass to receive their certificate of completion. 6.2 Late arrivals or early departures may result in disqualification from receiving the certificate. 6.3 Certificates are issued solely for the purpose of acknowledging attendance and do not confer any official qualification or licensing.

7. Health and Safety 7.1 Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the masterclass. 7.2 Any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation must be disclosed at the time of booking. 7.3 Marek waclawczyk will not be held liable for any injuries or adverse reactions sustained during the masterclass.

8. Intellectual Property 8.1 All materials provided during the masterclass, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and training videos, are the intellectual property of Marek Waclawczyk. 8.2 Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing the materials without prior written consent. 8.3 Filming or recording the masterclass is not permitted unless expressly authorized by Marek Waclawczyk.

9. Code of Conduct 9.1 Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. 9.2 Marek Waclawczyk reserves the right to remove any participant displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior without a refund.

10. Liability 10.1 Marek Waclawczyk accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the masterclass. 10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marek Waclawczyk is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the masterclass.

11. Data Protection 11.1 Personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the masterclass and in accordance with Marek Waclawczyk’s privacy policy. 11.2 Participants’ contact details will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. 11.3 Please note that we may film or photograph the masterclass for marketing purposes. Participants will be asked to sign a consent form prior to any such activity, in compliance with GDPR regulations.

12. Amendments 12.1 Marek Waclawczyk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 12.2 Participants will be notified of any changes via email or through the official website.

13. Governing Law 13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom for coures being held in the UK, or for courses in Poland in accordance with the laws of Poland . 13.2 Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant courts.

By booking a place in the masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
